Dr. James G. Johnson is a licensed  ordained pastor of 41 years. He holds a Ph.D. in Christian Counseling from Northwestern University; DCC from Christian Leadership University, Master of Divinity from Talbot School of Theology; Bachelor’s Degree from University of Nebraska, Major in Philosophy of Logic/Mathematics, minored in math, chemistry, history, Greek and English.  He holds a BCPC (board certified pastoral counselor) a BCCC (board-certified Christian Counselor) with The American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), and is a Certified Master life coach with International Christian Coaching Association (ICCA).

While he is also a 2nd degree black belt, private pilot and certified sailing instructor, he believes his greatest claim is being known as Cheryl’s husband.     They love hiking, walking, just spending time together, and anything with the word “fun” in it.  And, of course, anything they can do in leading others to know God.

Five great kids, and a Grandson (AJ for Action Jaxon) they are helping to raise four more amazing grand children (Maks, Trinity, Treyson, and Baedon).  They reside in Omaha, Nebraska.  They are all about God, inspiring hope and the kind of wisdom one learns on the seat of a John Deere Tractor.

A Licensed and Ordained Pastor since 1981, this is the passion I carry as a calling from the Lord Jesus Christ. It is one of my greatest hopes to show myself as a good and faithful servant in the ministry He has called me to.

Because God can use my pain to help others.

Because I get to be part of people’s lives

Because of the Wonderful Counselor

Because I love seeing people succeed.
